So many times I look up at the skies and the grandeur and am amazed at the colors, the vastness, the interplay with the clouds. Here is a picture I snapped tonight. By the time I grabbed my camera, the pink and purple hues were already fading.
A little while ago, Pumpkin pointed out a rainbow in the sky... what made this one uniquely different than any other I had ever seen was that there was no arch and it appeared on a sunny, clear day. From what I understand, it is called a rainbow solar ring.
